IGT Slots
IGT (International Gaming Technology to give them their full title) make the bulk of slots that you find in land-based casinos including Cleopatra, Star Trek, Wolf Run and Pharaohs Fortune among other familiar names. The irony is that, while IGT are an American company, their policy is that US players are not allowed o play their slots online. This is a result of US lawmaking policy that frowns on online gambling when the company is based offshore. In fact, IGT have very strict conditions that prohibit players from any country where online gambling falls into a grey area or is outright banned, so many players will be unable to play their games. Being in the UK myself, I’m fine and I put some of heir slots right at the top of my list. In particular, “Cleopatra”, “Wolf Run” and “Triple Fortune Dragon” are fantastic free spins slots that are all reviewed here. IGT slots are Flash based so there is no download required - they run within a browser.
If you want to see some videos of online IGT slots that are available on the Wagerworks platform, including the bonus free spin features in action, head on over to the IGT Slots website.
Incidentally, a number of IGT slot games were initially launched under the Wagerworks brand, a company that along with Barcrest, IGT bought out to develop their online slot portfolio. As part of a re-branding excecise in 2011, the Wagerworks name is being replaced with the IGT name.
